I am no way being paid for or given free products for this....But if you are Diabetic and have that god awful burning in your toes, like some one is peeling your skin from the bones or stabbing pains cause your nerves are dying to the point of wishing you could just cut off your toes....Please try this product...Drs told me there is nothing that can help....but I have found relief with this product...I purchased it on a whim, hoping I would get relief, and it seems to be working, and it smells good too....Hope this helps someone else suffering from Neuropathy.

Absolutely no relief!
This product was pretty much a dud. When first applied, there was a temporary cooling which felt good, but it only lasted until the cream was absorbed into the skin, which was about 5 minutes. Don't waste your money.
