Damaged upon arrival
Camera seems okay however it came with absolutely no instructions. The camera appeared to be damaged from the factory. The zoom screw was broken off and the focus didn’t work at all. The sd card slot also did not work and it a real pain in the neck to get a card inserted. I had to take the board off just to slip the card in all to finding out it didn’t work at all. Customer service was very responsive however and issued a credit with almost no questions asked. I have doubts about the functionality of the camera being that I never got to use it with the intended application.

Seller's integrity 5 star, buy from Max
This cam gets great pix, was PlugandPlay (critical) with a GW NVR. Unfortunately in order to do the difficult tweaks for LPR, I could not edit image control without additional laptop/router and the varifocus was quite touchy, so did a return. But Max is the jewel; this field is full of underqualified security companies imho, but Max I feel is honest.
