The year is 1932 a fast growing group of Czechoslovakian creative designers experience success in the European Artglass fairs. These designers and his well known sculptors presented to the world a composition of matted surfaces designs with polished cuts, respecting the historic styles of Art Noveau and Art Deco. The Czech designers have been competing since 1932 with their counterpart French designers in the field of relief art glass with each collection's own assortment and designs. The similarity of assortment of relief products by the two countries is due to identical production technology, using metal relief molds, hand made glass, hand grounding and mechanical polishing and similar relief motives: Women, nudes, nature. In 1948 Nationalization (seizure of property) occurs in Czechoslovakia by the communist regime. This group of designers ceases to exist. In 1992 based on restitution claims, the metal molds are returned to the families of these original artists. The families renewed the use of the trade-mark and the original production in the identical place of business. Today they have a wide assortment of products and the entire world is captivated for a second time by their works of art.
