Some of the reviews said they lost a lot of bristles. While I have found that I have lost a few bristles the first few times I used it, I have lost a few bristles with all of my brushes for about the week or so. This brush is very well made, nice and heavy and very easy to use and hold. The bristles are a bit "pointed but I find it exfoliates my skin quite nicely. Awesome brush for the price point.

This brush lost hair the first time I used it. I thought it might stop after a few uses, but it did not. I've used it dozens of times and I still find a couple of hairs in the sink when I use it. It's just a matter of time until it's useless. The brush I had previously didn't lose hair like this one does. I cannot recommend this product.

The stand is fine and works well.The brush however is pretty pungent smelling even after 3 weeks of use. The first 3 times it turned the lather kind of grey even after using shampoo and conditioner on it for several washes. Also I found it takes more work and more soap to build a leather than my cheap synthetic brush that I was buying this to replace. I switched back to my old brush, though I still use the stand. The smell was slowly fading and I'm sure would leave completely eventually, but I gave up on it.

This stand feels substantial and looks very nice on the counter. I was surprised that I liked the brush too.I would not hesitate to buy another, should I ever need another, or to recommend to friends.

I really like how this brush holds up over time. I've been using for 2 months and the bristles seem to get softer and more durable as the months go by. I love the look and feel of this brush.

I ordered this item but instead of receiving the full kit I only received the brush so I am definitely disappointed.

Nice product! Nice weight to it and nice bristles. Could be softer and I did lose a few bristles.

This brush is luxurious , weighty in the hand and feels great on the face!
