I didn't really expect too much of this but I thought I'd give it a try before visiting a body shop. To be honest I'm pleasan5surprised with it.Some kind sole had opened their car door and had put a dent about 10mm from the edge of my rear wheel arch. Due to it's location and the fact I drive a rock solid Volvo I was very sceptical that this would work. If the dent was on a door, which flexes more and can be "popped" in/out, then my expectations would have been higher.After 3 times of using this I eventually pulled most of the dent out. To be honest, if you didn't know about it then most people wouldn't even notice the tiny blemish.Please note that this kit does not come with a glue gun than more expensive kits include but we already have a glue gun to this was no problem to us. Also, you are supposed to put rubbing alcohol in the small spray bottle and then use one of the scrapers to remove the glue. I didn't have any rubbing alcohol and I didn't want to use a scraper due to the risk of scratching the lacquer on the paint so out come my trusted spray that I also use for removing sticky Mark's the price stickers sometimes leave behind. My trusted spray is infact furniture polish. Apply heavily and use a soft lint free cloth to remove the sticky residue. Once most of the sticky residue you can rub your thumb on it and the residue will ball up and can be fully removed.All in all I'm very impressed, especially at that price point. Hopefully I won't need to use it again however some people are downright rude an insensitive and just don't care what the car door hits when opening it.

Great sturdy and well built item, however the glue sticks that come with these are awful and very poor quality for metal surfaces. After trying to remove the dent from my car and the glue coming off when trying to pull the dent for almost 3 days I bought some good quality glue sticks for my glue gun and it held on pretty tight and was able to make a few corrections to the dent; therefore I suggest buying some good quality glue sticks as those with the tool are simply poor quality.

It easy to use and good .But not happy there was no glue included as u carnt use it without.no mention that glue not included but it a nice strong and easy to use product.

Tried it with a normal glue gun and glue sticks. they peel off before the dent pulls. Tried it with their own gluesticks (another £14 down the drain) - sticks a bit longer but still peels off before the dent pulls.I Read the reviews and tried heating the bodywork up with a hairdryer before pulling it.... They still pull off before the dent pulls out - only this time with some paintwork attached!I've come to the conclusion that glue sticks do not adhere enough to car bodywork to pull dents out, no matter how much effort or care you put into it, the sticking power does not equal to the torsion created by the puller itself.I'd give this ZERO stars if I could, but I can't so........

Only a small dent, didn't work, glue stuck to the pully, didn't even have to scrape it off the car, wasn't expecting it to do wonders but didn't even pull it out slightly.

What can I say,but wow! I had absolutely no expectations for this gadget, but I thought for the very small price I would try it. I am absolutely amazed,pulled the dent out of the car in no time at all,and I'm talking big dents. It's far from a professional job,but I'm not a professional! A garage would have written my daughters car off because of labour costs. It's an old 206,so a new wing cost more than the car is worth.This tool truly works. You will need lots of glue sticks, I used all mine up,but I will pull more dings when I get more sticks now.Very impressive. I hope I can add pictures on here to show you what I did for me.Get one!! Very cheap,and totally worth a go! Huge thumbs up from me.Michael

Not very effective at getting small dints out, so a little disappointed, can't really recommend.
