Bicycle Bike Light LED Set Wrap-around Band 2 Front & 2 Rear Waterproof Silicone W/3 Modes

They aren't expensive, they install/uninstall very easily, and they work...that's enough for me.So, my wife had purchased similar light for our kids' bikes, but the local shop was out of them. I was glad to find this listing and that it included extra batteries. The packaging was adequate and all of the lights worked fine out of the box. They attached easily and worked well. I used them on some later evening rides and felt that these made me visible to vehicle traffic.Now, these are not made to light up the road for night riding...so I'm not reviewing them against that expectation. I have another light for that purpose, and it's a pain in the rear to attach to the handlebars. I consider these safety lights so that cars see me from a long way off. I don't ride at night so that is find.I do wonder how may times this material can be stretched before it becomes weak/brittle and breaks, since you have to stretch it to install and then is remains in a stretched position while on the bike. So far so good...oh, and the ones on my kids' bikes are still going strong.

This is my second or third order of these lights. They are excellent. I am only re-ordering them because I keep losing them. MY fault-- not the product's fault!The lights are bright. Three options: steady on, slow blink, or fast blink. They are SO flexible and simple to clip onto anything at all-- you can clip it to your helmet, anywhere on your bike, or if walking a dog, to a leash, to the laces of your shoes, your buttonhole, your belt loop, pocketbook, or your finger, even. I have mine clipped to the handle of our retractable dog leash AND to my dog's harness.I've been using these for a couple of years and they seem reliably waterproof. I've never had one fail yet, nor have any of the included batteries gone dead yet.You can't get a better bargain than this, people. DO watch where you store these batteries so little people or animals don't swallow them, please!

Nice lights, with three different modes. Bright enough to make your bike visible when you are 50 plus yards away at night. The pack came with four lights (2 red; 2 white). The three modes are: 1) solid light 2) quick flashing light 3) slow flashing light. You simply cycle through these modes and back to off with a click of the button on top of each light. The lights attach by wrapping the flexible/stretchy silicone loop around a bar (handle bar, seat post, etc.) and hooking back onto a solid plastic piece right under the light. Very easy and quick to attach the lights, adjust the position, or remove. In addition to the lights, I was pleasantly surprised to receive 8 additional replacement batteries in the package. We placed two lights on both of our kids bikes, one on the front and one on the back. They think it is cool to have the lights on, we feel like it makes them a lot safer when we ride through the neighborhood at dusk. Not the highest quality, but good for the price. A great product that performs as expected.

These seem to be a great product, when they work. I ride a lot through traffic when commuting to work in Philly. We go on many "family" rides in the evening and weekends. These were bought only to promote higher visibility. While a great buy (especially with the spare batteries), they sometimes are difficult to get flashing properly. Also, during the ride my red (rear) light will go out. Once I thought I shut them down when done with a ride, only to find both lights blinking in the morning.I would give these 5 stars based on their potential, and have downgraded to 3 stars because of the actual performance. The LED is a great way of increasing visibility, especially during daylight.

Update: they did not turn out to be waterproof. After they were out in the rain they stopped working and I opened them up and sure enough the battery contacts were totally rusted. The metal that makes up the contacts is extremely thin and flimsy and they don't appear to be able to cleaned.Verdict: do not buy. You'd be much better off buying $1 flashlights from Walmart or any other store and using rubber bands to attach them to the front handlebars. I did this and they were able to withstand rain and they were much brighter and did not shine into my eyes like the "classic glow" lights from Amazon did. For the rear you could do the same thing and stick red cellophane or a red lens over it or buy some better red lights for the rear that will last, as these do not.Original review: They fit great, and seem like such an awesome product. The only issue is that the front white lights are not directed forward. Even though they are pointing forward, they shine everywhere, including in your eyes, blinding you a little. I think a little duct tape or electrical tape on the top to shield my eyes will help for next time, or maybe I can sling them down below the handle bars so they don't shine up into my eyes.

The lights are bright, easy to use, versatile... BUT!!! The batteries last perhaps three rides at most. (around 3 hours) There are 8 "extra" batteries in the packet, but ... do the math... four lights, two batteries per light... gives you only 6 hours total lighting out of these little things before they are useless.The click switches on these are finicky. If you've got the light wrapped around a bike tube, they're fine. However, if you wrap them around anything that is not perfectly round , (bottom edge of helmet, for example) The switch will not work.Disappointed, at best, in this product. Not recommended.
