Hi there. How long does this syrup last for once the bottle has been opened and roughly how many litres could you make in a soda stream? Thanks!

stored in fridge once opened for several weeks. High sugar content so could last longer. I dilute with hot water and its hot. Dilutes like other cordials the bottle claims 11 servings i make about 11 x 250mls.

I’ve just opened a bottle and added hot water and there are white fluffs floating in it. Is this mould?

Hiya Annie, I've been drinking Belvoir Ginger cordial for a few years and never experienced this and I drink a bottle a couple of bottles a week but always with cold water. When I read your message I made some with boiling water and it still looks the same. I have never had any problems with any of the Belvoir products, and I can't think what it could be. There's no residue in the bottles that needs shaking up neither. I would contact the company and I'm sure that they will respond very quickly. try making some with cold water and see if the same thing happens. Take care and Happy New year.
