Excellent printer. HP has a newer firmware update that solves intermittent problems with the networking "scan to PC" feature - definitely update the firmware if yours doesn't have the latest version. Scans quickly, prints well, customizable interface to allow one-touch printing and scanning to employee pcs. The only bad thing is the fuser and transfer kit are kind of expensive and wear out too soon. Not enough of a negative to not recommend this.

Horrible printer, Horrible customer service! Avoid HP! Printer broke and turned off and on again and again for 5 minutes and after 2 years of business use HP says sorry, it's not our problem even though they said it sound like a mechanical issue.

We ordered this for a small doctor office after evaluating comparable models from the brands mentioned. This HP model has an easier interface, is solidly made and is super quiet when printing. We use it for printing double sided, copying, scanning and faxing. The fax archive feature lets us save every incoming fax to a network folder for attachment to patient records when needed.Great machine and excellent feature set for the price.
