We installed a few of these on several walls that display my art collection. They are dimmable and work great as "picture lights." I don't like traditional picture lights because they remind me of the old time, creepy libraries that haunted me as a kid. These units provide a high-tech appearance and don't make your room look like an attorney's office.

This fixture is great. Our mistake on our previous fixture was that the bulb could not be replaced, and when it went out, it rendered the entire fixture unusable. This one has bulbs that are easy to find at a hardware store. Good product, easy to install.

bulbs are expensive would be nice if one came with the light.
