The photo has a telephone cable, a power supply and a transmitter which is from an older version of the product. I do not know how that version of the SC1344 works but the new model with all of that built into the main unit works great! I can go to my iphone and check to see the charge/maintain status. You can have it send notifications to your phone as well about status but I chose not to...... All in all it is a great product!
