Vanity Fair Women's Beauty Back Full Figure Underwire Bra (76380)

Okay for real, I want to cry because--and I mean this, so be prepared--this is THE BEST BRA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Yes, you read that correctly. Needs to be said again for clarity: THE BEST BRA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I'm 31, fat, and have uneven breasts. Basically, wearing bras has been a purgatory of misery for most of my life. I have tried it all; I've suffered, I've had to feel bad about myself, be irritated, go broke, have chest pain, the list goes on. Bras are a bane of my existence! So because I have the best luck in the universe, the under wire popped out of TWO of my bras last week within 24 hours of each other. Yep, that happened. I had to act fast.... I'm a college secretary, I don't have time to play games with how my chest looks. Came to Amazon to find a bra on Prime and found this bra, watched the video and honestly I didn't put too much faith into this because I've never had a "good" bra. It arrived quickly and I immediately accepted that it is pretty and went on with my day. Was delighted to see that it fit perfectly (44c). Didn't believe in the "no slip" statement because I've been fooled many times before, so I was surprised to realize that neither strap slipped once in the 12 or so hours that I had it on. It lifts, straps stay put, the price is literally a Godsend... especially with the plus size stores out there wanting to make me broke, and for what? Exactly, for NOTHING! No more garbage mall bras for $40 for this girl! I WILL be buying THIS bra again and again, in as many of the colors I can get my grubby little hands on.

So let me start by saying that I'm very picky about bras. I'm a 42DD and find it challenging to find a bra that fits well. (My last good bra betrayed me after almost 2 years of faithful service. Lol) I got this one yesterday and I'd say it's not the best I've gotten, but certainly not the worst. The straps do stay in place, but dig in a little. The back has 4 hooks and smooths! The cups are lined well enough to provide nipple coverage, yet thin enough to not make my boobs look bigger than they already are. The underwire, however is flimsy, so I'm sure it'll snap in no time. And the cups pull my boobs apart and make them look like one is trying to head east and the other is trying to head west. (I really don't know how else to describe this! Lol) So basically it's a $20 bra that will get me through until my good bras from a major plus size company arrive in a few days.

I love these bras! Bought them at Kohl's a few years ago and now I find them here...and stocked up. I use these daily--not only as an ordinary (sexy) bra but as a RUNNING bra! Yes, the underwire model is very supportive of my "girls" (38C)...just as good as those expensive so called running bras at Athleta etc. and a lot more comfortable. I just rinse the one I use for running in luke warm water and mild soap and air dry after each run and it holds up just fine--quality construction. I snagged two more of these today (more coffee) for just 16 dollars each, but I have paid up to $26 for a special color--it seems the price varies quite a bit...might as well stock up when you can!PS: these bras work well only for those of us with no natural cleavage due to our breasts being separated and set wide apart! If your boobs are close together you'll spill out of this bra--whereas those of us with our boobs wide apart will get a nice cleavage :)

I am 62 yrs old, I got my first bra at 13, & have never been a fan of them, but have owned a few like most women my age. Since we are all built different & what works for me won't necessarily work for you, my measurements are 40(C), 40, 40. I am 5'1 & I weigh about 170, I also have what most people call "round shoulders". My biggest problem I have had with bra's my whole life, even when I was a 32A & 90 lbs, had gotten even worse. I have spent almost 50 years constantly adjusting, & pulling my bra straps up. Every bra I have ever owned (Except for some sports bra's, but they came with other issue's) has given me the same problem. FYI...The photo that is shown by this company of this particular bra should look EXACTLY like this on you. That's how this particular bra was designed for "Full Coverage". If you want a more bustier look, don't go a size smaller, & expect it to be comfortable...look for a "Low Cut" bra or a bra with more "Lift" that was designed to give you more cleavage or a bustier look.Everything they advertised about this Vanity Fair bra is true. It is very Comfortable. The back side doesn't cause extra bumps or bulges. Underwire is long enough & shaped to go around your breast so it doesn't poke or leave an unnatural indentation. Support is excellent.The Cups are designed for "full coverage", & cover everything smoothly to look good in the coldest weather, under any material. They wash well in a Washer, (cool setting), Hang Dry (Never put them in a dryer), they will keep their shape. I have had some for 2 yrs & they look like brand new. But the best thing about this bra are the Straps, they don't slip off your shoulders! Even some of the lower rated reviews admit to these wonderful Straps.I ordered my first one in Oct. 2016, after a couple of weeks I knew I had to order more & in other colors. They are so comfortable, I don't feel like I'm wearing a harness, or like "the girls" are being strangled to death, but best of all the straps stay up 99% of the time.As of 10/05/18 there are 2,531 reviews & 66% are 5 Star, do the math, (read some of the lower reviews) odds are they will work for you too.

I have purchased these before and I've liked them, but my most recent purchase was missing the tags - but it had the remains of one plastic "tie" that had been partly cut off. That indicates it was worn at least once. I didn't feel like dealing with it so I washed it and kept it, but will re-think ordering "unmentionables" again. Also, a friend recently advised me that her soon-to-be daughter-in-law has a mental thing about wearing the same thing more than once, so apparently she buys her clothes from Amazon, wears them once, and returns them. So all those wearable consumables are ... not as appealing.
