Works, no leaks
Works fine. Installed it in basement, where there is an elevated waste pipe, for my utility sink. Quality seems good. Easy to install. I read previous reviews about not over-tightening threaded male adapters (you need three). I didn’t use teflon tape, putty or anything on the threaded connectors and they are water tight. Hand tight + 1-2 turns with a wrench. Vaya con dios 🤙

Simmer under sink sump pump
The pump works great and is pretty quite too the capacity is very large , thus the pump doesn’t have to run often but is very efficient

Great product!
Product was easy to install (with some basic plumbing skills). I have added a rubber mat under the unit based on other reviews about excessive noise and I find it to be quiet while running. The pipes must be properly strapped and a rubber coupling should be added.

Works great, but don't rely on the supplied check valve
I've been using this for about a year now, and it's holding up great. It's a bit loud- I can hear it running in the basement from my living room directly above it. But it doesn't have to operate for more than 20sec or so to get rid of my washing machine wastewater, so I don't have a problem with it. But I do have a few complaints surrounding the installation, which is why I knocked it down a star:1. As others have mentioned, you'll need to supply your own external pipes and fittings- there are three pvc screw connections in the unit (one for input, one for output, and one for a vent) and everything else is up to you. My installation took 3 extra trips to Home Depot for various additional components, but someone who knows what they're doing could probably plan better than me.2. You definitely need to add your own check valve outside the pump. DO NOT RELY ON THE INCLUDED INTERNAL ONE. I'm pumping my laundry waste water up about 8 feet to the sewer drain, and every time the pump shut off I could hear the water rushing back down into the pump. It eventually started leaking around the top, until I added a secondary check valve. No problems anymore.Bottom line- It works beautifully and seems to be holding up well after using it regularly for a year. But it can be a hassle to get it installed.

Be careful with one little thing...Would you like to know more?
So if you don't want to install this 5 times like a cool person then please read. There is a little plastic pin that holds the float in the right place. It is extremely breakable and extremely important. Mine broke while opening and it took me sometime to figure out that it was really needed. If it does break, or is broken, just cut a little piece of wire and install it by bending down both sides. Trust me, you do not want to have to remove the lid after installation so please take your time the first time or this will chew up a few hours.I used it for a basement utility sink and it is working great!

Working good.
Working great so far as a laundry room lift pump for our basement. A tad bit noisy but no worse than our sump pump. Ours is installed on the floor next to the washer and slop sink and pumps about 8 feet up to connect to another 2 inch drain pipe that leads out of the house. Install was pretty easy and I like that it is completely self contained. Trickiest part of the install was finding a place to run the vent pipe. Once that was figured out for my install (we tied into the vent pipe for our basement sewage ejector). The rest of it was straight forward.

Make sure everything is sealed.
This product is great and works like a champ. Easy to install. All you need few fittings for 1 1/2 pvc pipes all 3 pipes are 1 1/12. We don't have a sink for our laundry down the basement so I need a sum pump to pump the water out to sewer. So here it is I installed the sink, the hose from the laundry goes into the sink and from the sink to sump pump.

Cumbersome setup and an awful float design
The instructions are poor but install is fairly straightforward, although labor intensive. This thing is bed and heavy. That in and of itself would be okay, but the float and switch are really the biggest problem. The reservoir is large and the magnetic connector between the float and switch is weak. So weak that you’ll almost invariably break the connection during your labor intensive setup and be forced to take it all apart. I’ve had successful operation of the pump, but that darn float will also dislocated itself during operation when the water level lowers.

Solid product
Good product quality, easy to assemble and install but could use a better installation guide for completing the system

Works well!
Quite easy to fit using standard ABS pipe from local merchant. Assembles easily. we use it for a basement kitchen sink. I think an external filter would be useful, to stop solid items such as vegetable peelings etc from entering its chamber.

Works great.
Works great for a basement washer. The pump is plenty strong and the container is sturdy. The outlet pipe is a little hard to align. You will have to get all the fittings and piping to connect this.
