I purchased these to use for rappelling and they worked quite nicely. They are supple enough to maintain enough dexterity to tie a knot and sturdy enough to not give yourself rope burn if you happen to weigh 240# and are controlling your descent down a rope.Some reviews stated that their hands were discolored (from the dye?) after use. I didn't notice that, although when I first used them it was a damp day overall.The eyelet in the wrist area is a nice touch to attach them securely to a carabiner for storage.I'd trust these to protect my skin, even at my weight, when working with rope and I'd definitely recommend them.

I've just received the gloves, size medium. Some people complained that they run very small, other that they have a terrible smell of unwashed hide.None of thiese were present, they run true to size and barely have any smell.Don't know how they behave on rope yet, some peoples complained about sliding.Last thing, durability: they are $13, I don't expect them to last forever, I saw some climbing gloves which cost 5-6 time more, they probably will

I bought these gloves to train bear crawls down rocky surfaces. They also have several features that would make them ideal for rock climbing, with a gap to run the climbing rope through the glove. They withstand wear and tear well, though they shift a bit as the size does not match my hand perfectly. They also feel secure as I am wearing them. I would recommend these gloves for a variety of purposes that require tough protections for your hands.

I wore these gloves on the chain portion of the Angel’s Landing hike at Zion National Park and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. They were comfortable and protected my hands from getting cut.

Nice pair of rope gloves. I’m a firefighter and took a ropes class. Held up really nice. 3 stars because it kept digging into my wrist where you secure the glove.

Gloves fit perfectly. I used them for 2 weeks in a rope class and confined space class and the gloves still feel like new. I loved that the fingertips of the gloves stayed attached to me and never got caught with any equipment.

My husband does tree work so I thought the world be great for him. They say rope gloves in the description but they aren't the best for roping trees. He said they are better for climbing and they are not made for the type of rope work he does. They are not warm either but I could have miss interpreted the idea of them being for winter weather. He did say they were really good quality and seemed to be affordable. So he would stop recommend them to climbers.

Black Diamond クラッググローブMサイズを愛用してましたが指先が弱いので試しにこちらを購入してみました。当然のように M を購入したら指先が短くて返品し L を購入。それでも人差し指と中指が少し短めです。私の手には合わないようです。指先の耐久性はクラッググローブより良さそうですが未使用なのでわかりません。追記：Ｍサイズを返品見積もりした時は2000円だったのに実際には800円だった。サイズ合わせしてそのまま梱包して返却したのに、何なんだこの額差は。某Ｒ通販会社だったら送料負担だけでサイズ変更してくれるのに。それで★二つから★一つに変更。★一つもつけたくないくらい。

Nice well made gloves, use them for resistance power bands. Bought size large but a bit tight. Would be useful with a size guide for buyers.

Great for wheelchair users. Comfy, offer good grip. Seem to be holding up well with no holes or stitching issues.
