I bought this based on all of the good reviews. The item arrived quickly and as promised from the seller.I have always used a regular pumice stone on my feet but decided to try something new. I used the volcano rock for about two weeks and it actually hurt to use it and found that my feet started to get MORE rough/cracked spots.I went back to a regular pumice and believe it does better for me at removing the dead skin.

This pumice stone seems natural and works great, but it did bleed some of the brown color on the first few uses and it gets a moldy smell, which my other pumice stone did not.

Excellent Quality size. Exactly as described and better than expected

This is my third natural pumice stone I've owned and while it works fantastically to clear callused skin, it seems fragile on its own and almost crumbly. I don't recall having that quality with other stones but I didn't remove star rating for that since it functions perfectly well and it may be due to the natural stone itself.

Shipment of item from provider arrived on ahead of schedule. It was nice to get item when stated in order.

I recently purchased this from a brick and mortar store. I was rather irritated when I opened the package and found scoria instead of pumice. There is a REASON that people use pumice rather than scoria to remove dead skin. Its a soft rock, so will typically break off before it cuts you. Basically, don't waste your money. It might work as well to remove skin, but could also damage your skin as well. REAL pumice is typically light colored and is lightweight and floats in water. Unfortunately, Amazon will not accept zero stars as a valid rating.
