These are a great size for small snacks, feeding my elderly kitty his wet food, and any number of uses around the kitchen when you don't need a full sized cereal type bowl. I use them a lot, and have had no issues with staining, breakage, or chipping. They likely will eventually, but I'll buy another set, because they are just beautiful, well constructed, and very useful. I'm very happy with my purchase, and you will be too, as long as you have the size expectations appropriate.

I used this item as gifts for a Chinese New Year Celebration that I had. The packaging was so pretty and colorful.It also enhanced the table. I used the firecrackers and fortune cards to add decoration to the plate. The table lookedlovely with all the items on it together. I also bought the red chop sticks and placed them on top of the bowl packaging. Everyone loved the gifts. We use the bowls at home and they add a lot of color to any table or meal!

I gave these as a surprise gift to my friend after accidentally breaking one of her rice bowls last week. She loved them and was so happy! They are nice quality. I was pleasantly surprised, given the price.The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the green bowl is not accurate compared to the pictures in the listing. The bowl she got looks pale yellow. It was very disappointing. See photo for comparison with the blue bowl.

Gave these away as a Bunco prize. They were the favorite of all the prizes and friends have since ordered more.

The box is wrapped with a delicate piece of twine tied in a delicate bow and thin cardboard with flowers to make box look like a present. Each bowl has its own slot surrounded by a cardboard grid. Box has no markings, is very sturdy and can be used for storage of bowls if not enough cabinet space. Here’s the best part. When you take off the cover, you feel like you are surrounded by blossoms and are in a garden. Perfect for eating and anyway you want to display beauty.
