I get breaks in the skin on the edge of my finger tips. I put bandages but they get wet and are worthless these work well & helped with a lot less pain & healed my problem in days. I'd buy again. I'd as they are they came through for me when I needed them to.

I’ve been inadvertently destroying my hands/fingernails while pursuing my crafts (working in clay for jewelry making). Having to wash off all the clay to switch to another color was making my hands completely raw and I was getting clay under my fingernails and they were painfully breaking off. These finger cots are thicker than the throwaway kind. They are stretchy and comfortable. You can wash the finger cots and reuse them. I could never use other types of gloves because they were so clumsy and I wanted to feel the clay with my own hands.This comes very close to feeling like your own finger tips. An added bonus is your fingers become like silicone tools to be used on the clay surface!You can’t use a touchscreen with them, but if I need to answer a text on my phone (while doing artwork) I just hold a stylus with the finger cots on to touch the screen or just leave one of my pinkies unprotected in order to use a touchscreen! I’m hoping my hands will be healed in a week or so!

I burned the tips of my fingers pretty badly and had to keep them protected/covered. I initially had a bunch of giant guaze covering my fingers but I couldn't bend them at all and they kept getting bumped and that was so so painful. Bandaids were too bulky and I was going through a box every 3 days! So I needed a better option.I like that these were not bulky. They are very soft and very flexible and blend in a little better than bandaids. I ended up cutting them shorter because I only needed the end of the fingers covered. I'm sure they would be very easy to have on and still be productive, but since my fingers were so painful, I didn't do much with my fingers- I mainly used these to protect them, keep them dry, and make my silly injury a little less obvious. I noticed if I kept them on too long my fingers got really sweaty and then eventually looked like they weren't getting enough air so I had to take them off periodically to let my fingers "breathe". They felt great at first, but after having them on for a while they began to feel tight - however this is most likely due to my injuries and the incredible swelling that comes with 2nd degree burns. I washed/sanitized them a lot to help prevent infection and they started to become sticky after a few "washes". I ended up using these for about a month to protect my injuries as they healed, and I'm really glad I was able to find them!I know these are used for SOOO many different reasons, but I believe they are great for finger injuries and would recommend them 100% - way better than big bulky finger-tip bandaids!!

These came somewhat flattened in a whole bunch of packages of 2 each. Works for me. There are basically only two sizes (finger and thumb?) so they may not fit everyone but they fit me and my boyfriend and our hand sizes are different so.... They can be rolled up and reused many times and can be washed. It does feel a bit weird wearing little covers on your fingers but perfect for protecting dry cracked fingertips while they heal.

Like most people, I needed these for my horribly dry fingertips. I've never before had such painful cracking, so I'm not sure if it's because I've recently picked back up needlework, or if my aging skin is just going to be another thing I have to deal with and this is my life now. Anyway, my main concern about buying anything like this online was if it would fit over my fingers and thumbs - they do! They definitely compress my thumbs, but it's not uncomfortable. They go on much easier when you're using a topical medium (oil, lotion), otherwise they just take a lot of adjusting to get comfortable, and they eventually do (but it is * a lot* of fussing with it).My stars off are for how disgustingly filthy they were and that they're individually wrapped in pairs. I did not want all the plastic waste - but it's literally unavoidable these days - and they did not specify anywhere that these would be wrapped upon wrapped (I've looked again just now and still no mention of it).And the absolutely disgusting-whatever was in one is unacceptable. I'm not even going to attempt to wash that one or the mate it had in the bag. I reluctantly am keeping the rest that aren't gross because I really need these and can't wait for something else to arrive.

I have used the finger protectors for a while now and also give them to my clients. They have saved me every time when my thumbs crack on the ends and are so painful. They fit well and are easy to clean so they are reusable and last for a long time. I can put a little ointment on the end of my finger and then place the finger protector over the top and heal my fingers within a day or two. Thank you!

These fit great, they're thick, durable & offer a lot of cushioning for maximum finger protection. Due to size, length & stretch ability, they also stay on your fingers... They would be PERFECT, if they weren't STICKY!? Sadly, the longer you wear them & the more you wash them; The stickier they get :( It's like body temperature & water amp up the stickiness x 1K%!? I cannot wear them due to this; The stickiness makes them very uncomfortable & also unsanitary. A complete waste money for me.
