Great oven
This is a great new oven, love it so much. I like the push button dials, make its design look more sleek, and the duo oven function is great to use when cooking for lots of people. Cooks food evenly and fast. Great value for money. Was easy to install with an electrician.

Had about 6 weeks now very easy to use installed myself which also straight forward overall a good oven at at good price

Customer Service Return Policy
AEG double over received paid electrician to fit it and oven clock doesn’t work. So Amazon customer services only option is to collect oven and I then have to wait 7 days to receive refund before I can buy another oven. I also have to pay for oven to be fitted again. All I wanted was it replaced but they can’t do that or offer me compensation for no oven and installation costs Absolutely ridiculous all they say from this end we do not have that option sorry sorry. I can see the same oven online but they are not in Amazon stock so cannot replace it. Utter Rubbish. Amazon a great until things go wrong we have been a customer with them for over 20 years and this is the service they offer when things go wrong.

Easy to use
It’s child’s play to use this oven. The efficiency is great and looks good too. It was a doddle to install ( my hubby and I are both disabled as well).
