Very impressed when it first arrived. However, over a few months it left liquid seep through into the sponge and made the bed stink. Even after washing the cover. I don't recommend this at all if your dog is at all incontinent or is very wet. Also, the grips on the cover to stop the bed from slipping around on the floor fall off after 1 - 2 washes. We've chucked it in the bin now. Very upset as expected something premium for that price.

Poor quality for the price. Delivery on prime was a day late. Really cheap fixings (zips keep getting caught on the placket). If you’re want it for waterproof I wouldn’t do that as it has breathing holes in the waterproof cover.It comes vacuum packed, which is fine. But the material is cheap covering and the depth is very thin for a medium dog especially when it’s for older dogs with Orthopaedic needs. A thin layer of memory foam, the rest is standard yellow foam. It’s the sort of mat you see on the market for £20. I feel ripped off. My medium purchase looks nothing like the quality of other buyers! It’s seems there’s a lot of purchases in 2021 which are not to standard, I wish I had read those, rather than the purchase from buyers years previously. I really can’t put enough words to say what a rubbish product it is for the price. 1 star because I can’t get away with 0!

Received today, waited couple of hours for bed to settle and Rocky didn't hesitate to use it. He loves his new comfortable bed and better on his joints, as hes an old dog if 15 yrs. Wish we had brought bed years ago, cant tell you how much monies waisted on dog beds. Its a solid, comfortable stylish bed with waterproof washable cover. Customer service excellent and really well packaged. We purchased the large bed for our dog.

Had this for a few weeks now and it is great Our aging lab loves it - snores like a trooper on it. He did love his old bed but this definitely is better for his jointsMore then I have previously paid for a dog bed but looks like it should last

I have two little nasties that like to roll in filth when I’m not looking, cleaning beds is a nightmare but with this I can see it will be a little easier. Does slightly crinkle but you get used to it. I got the medium one because no matter how many beds these idiots have they like to cuddle up next to each other. It was enough to fit both a Bichon and a Yorkie schnauzer mix. Maybe I should have gotten the large for more leg room but they seem fine with this one. Foam is sturdy so they don’t touch the ground but it might be a little too firm. I wouldn’t know, they both seem fine with it so it’s fine. Will get another cover to have a rotation.

We bought these beds for our two English Pointers, one of whom is quite old and inclined to be a bit incontinent. We got them because they were advertised as having a waterproof inner cover. We also bought two extra outer covers. When we got them we were concerned because the inner "waterproof" cover was made of extremely thin polythene but we decided to give them a go. As we suspected after just two weeks the polythene had disintegrated allowing the foam to become wet and smelly as can be seen from the photograph. Totally useless and a total waste of money, I'll send the two extra covers back because they are still in their packaging. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to buy this product.

The mattress didn't expand fully even when left over night in a warm room. One side was crushed possibly from being rolled up and was half the size (around 5cms) and it wasn't looking likely it was going to recover. The mattress should have been 15cms being XL but was only 10cms. The mattress was just a foam square with a TINY layer of memory foam glued on the top. With not being the right depth the cover didn't fit AT ALL. I opted for the comfort cover option - very poor quality, thin material, dog's claws would rip through it easily - the whole thing is just a cheap rip off. £75 is a joke and takes the *iss out of people who just want to look after their pets right. Please avoid at all costs.

So disappointed with this dog bed!! Expected it to expand to near its full plumpness within a couple of hours!! Nope! Still as flat as a pancake, doesn't even fit the cover, which is now all baggy as the foam won't expand to fill it!!! I've done all the things to help it along,left it in a warm room etcTrying to send it back for a refund but not sure it will fit back into the tiny box it came in!!! Very unhappy
