If buyer orders the wrong phone model or design, we will not be able to accept return. Due to these items are personalised returns are not acceptable. By law we are not obliged to accept returns on personalised items and custom-made items, e.g. mobile phone cases. For International buyers we send our product by Royal Mail International Standard Delivery, which takes 5-7 working days.
