Archer Farms Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Ground Coffee Light Roast, 10 OZ (One Pack)

It's labelled light roast, but it's dark roast. The beans are black and shiny (over roasted). Disappointing, as dark roasting obscures the special fruity tones of the Yirgacheffe.

Just bought a bag for cheap at an outlet store - so maybe an old batch (no roast date), but doesn’t matter. Like someone else stated, way over roasted and no hint of a good single-origin Yotgacheffe. More reminiscent of a deep roast from one of the bigger chains that most need to ad flavored creamer to. I did a 13:1 pour over, will try different techniques and ratios - but regret the purchase, regardless of how cheap.

i LOVE THIS COFFEE and get it from target but now that Im not shopping outdoors I needed a way to get it online. Target charges a min of $25 for delivery so I went on here and was frustrated to find they uncharge it from the instore price of $5 to $15 on amazon AND A WEEK LONG DELIVERY. But its the only organic coffee I like and its light on the stomach (low acidity) so I got it. Unfortunately it arrived open and its non returnable. Luckily amazon refunded me. Please amazon bring the price back to $5, its just coffee.
