Works well, holds a small tablet in place securely. However, if you want to use it with a larger tablet computer, check the size information carefully. My iPad Pro is too large to fit this holder. However, the holder works well with an iPad Mini and probably most other smaller tablets.

I also have the X-grip version of this and have both mounted to the dash of my Freighliner. The X-grip bounces a little and vibrates a lot. This one doesn’t bounce at all and only vibrates a little on rough stretches of road. I would buy this again.

Very good quality at a great price!
I just received this mount and when I purchased it I was in the frame of mind that I'd probably have to return it. Not the case at all, it seems extremely well built with quality material. I'm doing a custom mount on my Harley and I'll come back to update this with pictures once finished. My first impression is 100%

Holds well
Really like this unit because of it's claw like grip on my Samsung S8. It just fit my S8 with a thin protective case so anything larger might be stretching it.
