Cleopatra CT5L Clear Synthetic Glue Bottle 5 Litre Transparent Glue

Hello folks. Advice for the glue needed please. I bought 5 litres of the Cleopatra CT5L Clear synthetic glue to use as a sealer on Plaster of Paris models. I then want to paint them with Acrylic paint. The problem is that when the glue dries, it can get sticky when wet and then can be rubbed off. I was assuming that the glue was similar to Ronseal acrylic enamel which goes really hard when it dries. I thought, as the glue is a gel and thick, rather that being watery like the enamel, it would be a better sealer. I am reluctant to paint on top of it with acrylic paint as it is water based and I don't want any reaction between the two products. Can anyone help me further. Thanx.

I bought this as I seem to have become the queen of slime making with the kids I work with. I'd never used clear glue before, this worked amazingly well, and I made 40 kids very happy, not sure their parents felt the same though 😋

Returning for a second bottle. We have so much slime. And yes, it does smell like Marzipan, which is bad if you don't like Marzipan, but didn't spoil our fun. Also, great value for money.

This is a delightful glue to use for slime, and the smell... is divine! it has a marzipan/almond scent to it which makes the unpleasant slimes my daughter is so fond of making a little more tolerable!

Made great clear slime but only worked with borax. Gets a bit wet and slimey but amazing to play with definitely recommend
