Not very effective during the daytime.
Not that impressive, it’s not very effective during daylight hours because the blue/purple light isn’t very visible.It’s brighter in a dark room, so if you only want to get rid of flies during the night then this is the gadget for you.

small quiet but USB only
arrived today so no comment on effectiveness yet. The instructions were in Chinese so no info on use etc. There is no power supply and so only USB. It is quiet and small so that's a plus

Its rubbish
This device is very cheaply made. It's just 4 blue led lights and a fan below them. The lad's do not attract flies at all. I once saw a fly within cetermeters of the device and thought it must work but then the fly turned round and flew off. In the month I have had this device it has only caught 1 fly and I think that was by coincidence.

It does work
Had this for about a year & leave on all the time as runs quietly & doesn't use much power off usb connection. I was dubious this would work as cheap & others have given poor reviews but I have been amazed at the number of mosquitos this has caught. I'm going to get another for my Son's room.

Good small portable size great to use, where food is prepared or served, very effective at killing mosquito and other bugs.

No good for mosquitoes in southern Europe
It's easy to use but it does not work for the mosquitoes in southern Europe, at least. We used it during the summer in Spain and Portugal and the mosquitoes danced and pranced around it.

Peace at last
Surprisingly works, bought on a whim and not expecting great results, but opened up the collector tray after a few days and it was full of the little buggers. I leave it on all the time in the bedroom and not been bitten since. Great results.
