Q: I currently have rp-160’s (bookshelf) for front l/r. how much fuller would these sound in comparison as an “upgrade”? (theatre and some music use)

In a smaller room they are probably okay. However in a medium to large sized room I’d go with floor standing. They sound much fuller. Then use the bookshelf for surrounds.

Q: Can i use klipsch rc62 ii center & rs52 ii surrounds with these fronts please suggest me. some1 told me rp260f are small speakers its nt best match

I have the rc62 as my center with these towers. All it takes is calibration. You'd want your center to be strong

Q: What is in the bottom half of the tower? I see the top two speakers and the tweeter, is the bottom just empty?

In 2014 & 2015 they changed from a rear firing port to a front firing port on 24-28 models. Speakers need the right airflow within the cabinet to obtain the best sound without distortion.

Q: My Yamaha Aventage is rated at 150 watts per channel at 8ohms. Will these speakers be overpowered by it @ 125 watts?

As long as your plan is NOT to play your amp at max output you won't overpower these speakers. They handle power well, so I wouldn't be concerned about over driving them either unless you are in the upper 4/5ths of your amp power band.
