I have a Dell 7550 that is listed as compatible with this cover. I mostly fits but if the elastic straps are over the bottom corners of the screen it will not close enough to power down the laptop.Also, there are no holes or anything to plug in the power - which is on the back of the machine. I don't see any way to get to it so whoever claims they are using their laptop inside this case all the time must have a different machine that has power on the side.Last - purely cosmetic. I bought this particular cover because I have the same print for my iPad and passport covers. But this one is much darker tone and doesn't quite match. I would probably just deal with it if the power cable and weird fit wasn't a deal breaker.

I have the Dell Inspiron 15 7586 2-in-1 computer and this cover definitely fits. It seems like it protects pretty well and the stitches and construction are pretty good. Unfortunately, the bottom part of the cover is loose and flappy which makes is really awkward to deal with. Also, the cover on the top half of the computer covers up some of the computer screen and sometimes slips off. However, since this is the only case that I could find that "stays on" for this laptop... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just beautiful and well fit my dell i7586, 15.6’. However, it would be more a completed protection case, and nicer, if the bottom part can cover everything, with only the mouse square portion shows; then I don’t have to worry about the fingerprints /dirty on 2 open sites(left and right of the mouse square). Then it would have 5stars.

Very happy with this cover - I made sure it was the right size and triple checked the model number before ordering.

The design is very nice, I get a lot of compliments.

A little bulkier than expected. The color is nice and vibrant. The color was exactly what I wanted and arrived on time. Would give 4.9
