On the first day I took 6 capsules in total as suggested and I had a bad stomachache so I reduced it down to 3 a day the next day and it’s been over a month. It works great for a good digestion and my skin seems more plump. Just ordered my second bottle.

I have been using Perilla seed oil for a long time and have alot of friends that used it for every thing. There is no down side to it no negative side effects or bad taste.If you cant take fish oil because of the taste this is a great option. It also is great for hair skin and nails not to mention what it does for your heart and immune system.

This is a well-priced product (expect to pay a lot more at your local supplement/health food store) and works well. I got it for my mother in law, and she has seen her blood sugar and blood pressure both fall more into regularity after she starting taking two of these a day, one in the morning and one in the evening.

I have yet to see results but i only have just started taking them after reading up on the benefits of this oil. I wanted to try this as i have tried seafood based oils before and i get reaction from them. This one so far, so good.
