Plum Organics Little Yums, Organic Baby Teething Wafers, Pumpkin Banana, 3.17 Oz, 6 Bars

This was one of my son's first independent finger foods and he loves them. They are easy for him to hold and dissolve quickly so there's practically no fear of choking.The downside to this, and pretty much all, easy dissolving toddler snacks is that they are a sticky hot mess to clean up! They turn into a sticky, gooey paste that clings to his skin and clothing. They tend to leave crumbs all over. So pack lots of wipes and tip your servers well...because parenting is messy and fun!

I first tried these for my son when he was 7 months old. He still didn't have any teeth but that wasn't a problem. They got soft enough for him to eat. I break them along the score line so they are easier for him to hold. When he was working on his front teeth he would gum them sideways, now that he's working on molars he bites a chunk off and chews it with his sore gums. He likes the snack and it seems to help with the teething too. I like that they are nutritious and not full of chemicals.

I was surprised at how inexpensive they were, especially for the Plum Organics brand products which are all great. My 9-month old loved these wafers. I was worried that she might bite off a big chunk and choke on it but it melted in her mouth quickly and seemed fine. I tried these and they were yummy! Not artificial tasting at all.The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the packaging. Each package contains 2 large wafers and there's no way my child can eat all of it in one sitting, causing the wafers to go stale. I wished that each wafer was individually wrapped, or in a resealable bag. I end up putting the opened package into a ziploc baggie and keeping it in my diaper bag.

Sticky, sticky mess, but my 6 month old loves them! Basically, they keep him occupied on the rare occasion he is finished eating and we are with a bunch of people who aren't done yet and he gets bored in his high chair. Definitely not a source of real nutrition as much as they are an excellent distraction. They come in a 3 pack, which is a bit much for a 6 month old, but I take them away when they're a little over halfway gone, otherwise he tries to get the rest of it in his mouth at once. I'll definitely buy these again!

My baby has just started to feed herself and can easily grasp and gum these "cookies." I like how easily they dissolve so I don't have to worry about her getting a big chunk in her mouth. I tasted them and they have a pleasant taste and I approve of the ingredients. It's nice to be able to have confidence in this brand and the quality of the products they make. Being a mom, I want nothing but the best for our babies and find assurance that this product is one of those for us.

These little wafers leave little mess when my toddler is chewing them. Where other teething biscuits tend to leave a paste on the face, or crumbs on the floor, these neither crumble, or turn into mushy goo. Both of my daughters like them. They come in individualized packages with 3 wafers each; which, is super handy to just throw into the diaper bag for emergency snacks. I haven't been able to find them in any other stores, and Amazon has them at a good price. Thanks.

My 8 mo old is teething like a mad man and has 8 teeth now, 6 coming in at once! And he loves these! We've been using em for 2 mo and he's a fan! They are super messy and get pretty gross but it's worth it cause he loves em! It also helps w his motor skills. I'll half them and allow him to pick up and put into his own mouth bc they dissolve so wonderfully and he has never chocked on them

I just got this items and it is expired 24 Feb 2014 which is 2 months from the date I ordered. Actually the dry products like this should be able to keep a bit long as my baby takes only once or twice a week and there are 6 small packages in 1 box so it take a month or more to finish this box. I ordered 2 boxed so we ended up to through away 1 box, wasted our money!!!!
