Magical trio
This boxed set, featuring my three favorite stories from Oliver Jeffers, would make a perfect gift for any child. In "Lost and Found," readers embark on a whimsical journey with a boy and a penguin as they navigate the highs and lows of friendship and adventure. With Jeffers' charming illustrations and poignant narrative, this story beautifully captures the bond that forms between unlikely companions."The Way Back Home" takes readers on an imaginative escapade with a boy who discovers a crashed spaceship and befriends an unexpected visitor from another planet. Filled with Jeffers' trademark humor and creativity, this tale invites readers to explore the magic of friendship, courage, and the boundless possibilities of the universe. Finally, "How to Catch a Star" follows a determined boy on a quest to catch a twinkling star of his own. With its whimsical illustrations and heartfelt message about perseverance and dreams, this story encourages readers to reach for the stars and never give up on their aspirations.

My Great-Great-Nephew loves them!
These were Christmas gifts for my GG-nephew and were a hit! He loved them! It’s difficult to find good books for toddlers that aren’t too advanced, but at the same time, not too juvenile. These fit the bill. He is almost 3.

Precious books
My 4 year old loves these stories. PS: you can find them on YouTube too! Agree with what everyone says about the font color and words being hard to read on certain pages, but that's not a deal-breaker for me...I've memorized them by now anyways! Very cute stories and I can't wait to get more of these books!

A good buy
My daughter liked all the 3 books. However, she seemed to like the "how to catch a star" story the best, followed by "the way back home" and then "lost and found". I think as a 3 year old, she was able to best relate to the easily understandable "how to catch a star" the most.As an adult, I too liked "how to catch a star" the most. The other two stories, while good, lose the strength in narration around half-way through. The illustrations are simple yet captivating in all the books. The way the three books are boxed makes them an ideal gift. My daughter was thrilled with the "box".All in all, a good buy.

My son enjoyed the set.
I purchased these books for my 9 year old knowing full well that he'd probably think they were too young and that I was being a lame Mom, but he loved them. Said it was a super quick and easy read and he thought the story line was cool. We have struggled to get our son to read and have found that books like this keep his attention and just when he wants to be done, the book is over.
