Amidst our further discussion we discovered that the challenges they face while selling their product were a common plight and if anything, we made up mind and determined to help them break all the barriers and showcase their product all across the country. That’s when we came up with the concept of Mandakini. The story behind the name is very simple; it is named in honour of a very special woman - the mother of our chairperson and to honour the women entrepreneurs (weavers), for they’ve been the driving force behind this campaign.Mandakini is an initiative to not only connect the Indian saree weavers and designers through our online portal but also educate the weavers so that they are well updated with changing needs of the global economy. We aim to facilitate the weavers with the lessons of best practices followed by other artisans in the garments industry. Excellent Quality, Great Customer Service and Worth the money!
I had ordered this Saree for a Diwali festival party. Loved the intricate embroidered work and smooth feel of the silk! The color of the Saree was same as shown in the picture on the website. The order arrived much before the estimated time of delivery and the packaging was excellent. I usually buy Sarees in physical stores, but due to lack of time, bought online for the first time and I am happy I did! I now trust Mandakini Sarees and I recommend this brand to all those who wish to wear authentic, good quality Silk Sarees, which I feel are well worth the money.

Best quality silk sarees online.
This was my first experience buying saree online. I was initially hesitant to buy a saree online as I wondered if the quality would be good enough. I am so glad that the saree was exactly as advertised. It s light weight with delicate work n the colors are brilliant. Packaging was perfect as well. It is the best color according to me
I bought this Saree in the Orange-Pink color as a gift for my mother. It is simple & sober and not too flashy, and is very high-quality saree with unique intricate Kasuti embroidery and looked very elegant on my mom when she wore it. It is the best color according to me!
