I would not be without MSM. I have been using it since the 1990's and have always been elated by its healing powers. Sulfur is the power of the Gods. The product is outstanding and so is the quality.

The jury is still out on the effect this will have on my seasonal allergies, but I can tell you that you should titrate this substance. Do not take the recommended dosage initially. I took what was recommended on the package, and I nearly had a panic attack at work. My heart was racing. My verbal fluency was horrendous, and I could not type properly because of anxiety.Update: I don' t take this supplement, so it sits full in my cabinet.

Good MSM product. I love to drink with apple juice and/or pineapple juice. You will really taste the MSM unless you use tons in one setting which isn't good for anyone. I use two of the spoon servings that come with the product. You may have to dig for it a little bit, but it's in there.

I take this msm daily and I notice when I delay taking it because my back pain is worse. It really helps with pain. It has taken my back pain down by half.

Package arrived in good shape.Been using for one week now. Dissolves easy.I feel a slight difference for the better energy wise.Still to early to tell if it works for me.Hoping for more improvement.😀
