Alta Bicycle Tire Duro 26 x 2.125 Bike White Wall Thread Diamond Style

Who doesn’t want red tires and white walls on their bike …. what a unique look … riding for the past year very satisfied !!!

I love the look of my Alta Duros — it makes my bike stand out quite a bit. A word of caution: These tires are quite a bit heavier than mountain bike tires, which I didn't realize. There's significantly more material, which when you think about it, makes sense... But these are absolutely cruiser tires. Less nimble, but you get a more stable ride with decent insulation from road vibration. The Duros do also show road dirt pretty quickly. Were also kinda tricky to get the second bead onto the rim, since they're so beefy.TL;DR - If you don't mind the weight and cleaning, they're great tires.

I liked that the tire is classy looking. I have gotten positive comment several times. They were easy to install. Took about 20 minutes for both the front and back. They give a nice ride. What else can I say; I like them.

These tires matched my cruiser perfectly. I removed the tire from the ebike kit and replaced it with the Duro. Just remember to have a tube with a longer stem if you follow my lead. It’s a joy to ride the roads.
