2 PACK 18" 71-3619 S62 OREGON CHAINSAW CHAIN - Craftsman Poulan  One of the chains in this 2-pack was defective. When I first installed it the chain immediately came off the bar. My first thought was that I had not installed it properly but after two more attempts and a closer look I found that two of the links would not flex and so each time they hit the spool at the tip of the bar the chain derailed. The second chain worked fine. When I went to attempt to return the defective chain the website indicated that I was past the date that the chain was eligible for return. It had been a few weeks since I had purchased the chain but I had not needed to use it right away. Seems to me a defective product should be returnable at any time. So.......... I was disappointed in the whole experience.

Not much to say about a chainsaw blade that works. It works. It cut wood. It stayed sharp through one whole camping week (cut about 1.5 cords of firewood). It is a safety chain, so don't expect a fast, aggressive cut. But it doesn't buck at all. My Craftsman Chainsaw liked it just fine.

It was a replacement for an 18 inch Craftsman gas chain saw and it works perfect. It seems like it is better than the original. It was easy to put on and tighten. Just what I wanted.

Working great. I had some big trees fall down during a recent storm. I bought a few of these since the price is really good and they cut through even the oak tree with no problem at all. I'm not good at sharpening chains and for this price I'm glad I don't have to.

I purchased this to replace the chain on my "Pinty 18" Heavy Duty Gas-Powered Chainsaw w/2-stroke Engine EPA Approved (56.5 cc)". All of the measurements were exact and this chain should've fit. But it didn't.
