Excellent, versatile monitor for work from home
We have 3 of these monitors, bought the first one and liked it so much I bought two more for the family. It's really versatile, connects seamlessly to MacBooks via the included USB-C cable, or to a PC using HDMI. We have one monitor that's used for both and switching from PC to Mac is effortless, just unplug one and plug in the other. The power through the USB-C port is sufficient to charge up a MacBook, and two other USB-A ports on the back are available to charge accessories or your phone. The image is crisp and bright, with excellent resolution for work and great video conferences. They're still going strong after 2+ years of continuous 8 hr+ per day use. An excellent value if you're looking for a basic, all purpose monitor.

Impressed
I am so impressed with this monitor. When I first started working from home, I had a sceptre monitor that I paid $99 bucks for, around 24". Within 5 months the screen started to flicker and one day I was just over it so I researched and found this.I had no idea I could find a monitor that would charge my laptop. That is a major selling point for me, as I can keep my regular charger in my backpack and won't ever forget it when I take my laptop somewhere. There are fewer cords entangling my desk which is so nice. The screen itself it also awesome, although I am not doing any intense gaming- mostly just web dev, simple graphic design and documents. Zero complaints so far ! It also has the capability to be mounted via a vesa mount so that is nice as well.**UPDATE: Purchased Nov 2019, Update on August 7 2020**this monitor is amazing and would buy again 10/10 works flawlessly. Although, I will say that I can't get the colors to match the MacBook Pro retina screen.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW - answering common questions/concerns
Quick information:- Many people seem to think the monitor itself is powered using just a USB-C cable. This isn't what the product description means. It is meant to power your CONNECTED DEVICES (phone or laptop with thunderbolt port) using the USB-C cable. The monitor itself is powered with a standard power cable that plugs into your wall. Many people have asked questions about this and sorry to say this, but there are no monitors that can get enough power using just USB-C.- In order to charge your laptop with the monitor, make sure that (1) your laptop has a Thunderbolt USB-C port to begin with (look for the Thunderbolt symbol), (2) you buy a Thunderbolt cable that has enough watts to charge your specific laptop as this monitor does NOT come with a Thunderbolt cable but instead a standard USB-C cable, and (3) that you go to your monitor settings and change the "Always on USB" setting to ON. I bought a Thunderbolt cable and wasn't able to charge my laptop, so I returned it only to realize that this setting existed. However, I haven't tested this feature since then because I'm fine with just using my laptop's power brick, but make sure you check this setting before concluding that the charging feature doesn't work. I will leave an update if I end up trying again.- The monitor does not have built-in speakers, but it does have an AUX port that you can use to connect your own. You can also simply play audio from your laptop speakers while it is closed (make sure you change your laptop settings so that it doesn't go to sleep when closed). As for the monitor itself, it's great for my needs. There is a noticeable difference in response time compared to my TV when I play on my Nintendo Switch. The bezels are thin and the design of the monitor and the stand are minimal.Pros:- VESA-mount compatible- Screen can be tilted forward and backward while on stand- Able to both charge laptop and be used as a display using only one Thunderbolt cable (once again, not confirmed on mine personally, but other reviewers have been able to do this)- Clean, minimal design- Quick response time for gamingCons:- First off, I bought this refurbished so this probably won't be an issue for you. My monitor will randomly disconnect from my laptop/Nintendo Switch for a few seconds maybe once every couple hours. Because of this the screen will go black in the middle of a game or YouTube video which is kinda annoying. I thought it might be the USB-C cable, but my Nintendo Switch is connected via HDMI so it's a problem with the REFURBISHED monitor itself. It's not a huge deal, but sometimes I'll be in the middle of a Smash match and all of a sudden the screen will go black for 5 seconds.- The product description claims that the x2 USB ports on the monitor are USB 3.0. However, I connected a USB 3.0 extension cord and then connected a USB 3.0 hub to them, but my capture card software said "This device requires USB 3.0". I made sure to test both the extension cord and the USB hub together using my laptop's USB 3.0 port instead and everything worked fine, so it is definitely a problem with the monitor and not the extension cord or USB hub. This means I have to keep another cord plugged into my laptop which just adds clutter to my desk. This could potentially have to do with connecting my laptop via USB-C. Maybe the USB ports are indeed USB 3.0, but perhaps trying to get the signal from the capture card to the USB ports on the monitor and then through the USB-C cord connected to the laptop causes a problem. I have not tested this with HDMI, Thunderbolt, or even a different USB-C cable connected to my laptop (I still don't think it should make a difference), but either way this would still be an issue. If the ports are truly USB 3.0 you should not have to jump through hurdles to get that functionality to your connected laptop/PC.

GREAT!!!
I got a great deal on this because it was open box. I thought I bought a dud, because it was not connecting to my computer or going in and out of connection. However-- when I updated my hdmi cable, it worked perfectly and I have not had a single issue since (I've had it over a year now and use it every single day). Super great, would recommend!

Convenient for workstation setup with laptop
Great monitor! The mouse and keyboard connect to the monitor and there is a possibility to also connect the speakers to the monitor. Then the laptop (which I use as second screen) connects to the monitor with a single cable, which is very convenient. The picture quality is great, however, I must say that I use mainly to work with excel spreadsheets, word and pdf documents, etc. (not video production or anything). The size of the monitor allows me to have two different documents side by side fully visible, which makes it much easier to work not having to always switch between document screens. Overall, very sattisfied with my purchase.

Work home office
I have two monitors in my office on campus so I decided to get two for the home office as well. Excellent decision. Reasonably priced. I love this brand and the shipping was fast.

Great screen image
I attached my laptop and it looks great on big screen. The connection also charged my laptop while I use the monitor. Very nice. No issues, easy setup.

Missing Parts / Bad Customer Service
An absolute joke. Arrived without the USB Type C - C cable (the entire reason I bought this monitor). When I contacted Amazon, I was told to contact the manufacturer. Luckily, Lenovo has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every number leads to a dead line. I ordered this to work from home and it not only arrived late, but arrived without all the proper parts. Now I get to explain to my boss that I can’t work from properly from home (during the COVID-19 situation) for another week or so while Lenovo gets around to sending the missing cable - and that’s assuming I ever get ahold of a support representative.
