It's going to be difficult to accurately follow the dispensing instructions without a pump! Immediately called Amazon, and was told I could either return both bottles (7 lbs. shipping) or they would issue a $5 credit. The most obvious, logical, economic, and fairest solution of sending me a pump was "not possible." Seriously, I just don't understand, especially when other customers have also complained about not receiving pumps. Is someone in the warehouse hoarding Ecos pumps?4 stars for Ecos, 0 stars for Amazon.

I'm completely impressed with this laundry soap! I love the pump 😊 My friend is a professional mover and bodybuilder, and I had my doubts about getting the stench out of his sweaty clothes. But this stuff got his clothes fresh and clean without leaving a strong soap smell. I've washed multiple loads since then, and it's so concentrated it hardly looks like I've used it.

1st Delivery looked OK until we opened the box.One bottle had the detergent dried on the outside the bottle and inside the box. The cap was not tight nor loose and the seal had disintegrated enough to leak. We removed the cap on the second bottle to find a disintegrating seal. One StarUpdate: The detergent worked well and lasted as it should.2nd Order: We received the Lavender fragrance and it was an ok replacement. The smell is pleasant but we prefer the Magnolia & Lily. 3 StarsUpdate 11/17/20We are still receiving the Lavender type. Look at the pictures. A labeling error is the issue.

I purchased this as I'm trying to make healthier choices for myself and our environment with the cleaning items I use every day. I ordered the Magnolia and Lily scent in the two pack. I found that it smells wonderful - very light, and that it cleans very well, too. I think it's terrific that we now have products like this that don't harm the ecosystem and are not harmful for us to inhale. If you are considering using a more natural, earth-friendly laundry detergent, I recommend this brand - in any scent that tickles your fancy!

If you are looking for a great concentrated hypoalerglenic detergent for HE machines then this is for you!Each bottle will get you approximately 100 loads... simply pump 5 pumps into the dispenser and you're good to wash.My kids and I all have eczema so we have to use a hypoallergenic detergent and I'm pleased to say, this worked great for us. Gentle on the skin but tough on the cleaning.The fact that it has a built in fabric softener is awesome! Thats one less thing we have to buy!

This product is great the smell isn’t to strong it’s just right. Cleans the clothes and other items that need cleaning linens and such . Found some towels that my husband forgot that were wet and had a mildew smell to them I washed them and the smell was gone I had to throw other towels away because of the smell not coming out. I found out that if you have a tough stain rub a little on and you could add another pump to the wash. When I need more will definitely order again

I like the laundry detergent, and would give it a 4-5 star rating for cleaning. However, the 2-pack arrived looking like it had been resealed. One bottle was leaking, with the plastic bottle's inner seal was open. There were no pumps included, so I'm having to measure by guesswork, and rinse the measuring cup each time. So, for product fulfillment, I'm giving a 2 star rating. Overall rating is 3 star ... unless the seller sends me a pump.

I really like this detergent. The pump is so easy to use and love how compact these bottles are. Seems to clean good and great price. Don’t live the scent but can’t smell after it goes in the dryer. I have this on subscription and will continue using!
