They are worth for that price.And works actually fine .The quality of the sound and Anc mode are quite impressive

They sound great when they work. My first pair died within a couple of weeks. Got a warranty replacement and it died within a couple of weeks too. Online troubleshooting did not work. The headphones just died and wouldn't charge or power on. When they were working, they sounded great and the noise cancellation was nice. Battery didn't last long enough to make it through a full work day but I didn't mind that so much. I would love to give these a better rating but after both pair died, I just don't have the confidence to get another pair.

The only issues I have with the buds is there is no skip button. You can skip, but it uses the pause_play button. I'd much rather have a skip button over Volume, but the sound is amazing. Also, you can't house the buds on the base. They only connect together. So they dangle on your chest or back...not on the neck where it's out of the way.Noise cancel has 2 levels and off. The noise cancel is fantastic. I used my tv surround sound to test it, and I could feel the music, but not hear it at all. The buds fit in the ear nicely. And, best of all is I can get rid of all my older microUSB charge cables. This beast uses type-C to charge, just like my phone. The base is light weight and small enough to fit under my uniform, and still sounds clear on calls with the uniform in the way. Battery life is less than my LG Tone 985, but it still lasts all day. Lasts longer if you turn off noise cancel, actually lasts twice as long. 8 hours with NC on, about 15 with it off.

On paper these headphones ticked all the right boxes. Noise canceling with voice pass thru option, around the neck, USB C charging, Google assist integration, Sony sound quality, decent price. They mostly lived up to the expectations. The fit is great, they are lightweight, the sound is great. The noise cancellation was the only disappointment, it's minimal. Cuts some background noise but not much more then a good fitting in ear plugs.Update after 6 months: I deducted another start because multiple people have complained about the call quality. They can barely hear me and hear a bunch of other noises even when I sit still at my desk and make sure the mic is not under my shirt collar. I really want to like these headphones but can not longer use them for calls and they are pretty useless as nose canceling on trips.

Battery send to drain within a few hours. Would prefer a said 12 hours. But excellent quality.

Pros great good quality music,,,its over after that !!Cons:Control management is by far the worst ,,the very worst ,ever done!!!! Unless Sony was taken over bysome bad news investors,,,I can't figure this out! You need a masochist convention to design the controlsand its so soo easy to fix !! Rather than do that --Sony presents us with funny book (honestly) cartoons as toget ANC or sound volume ,, the rest,,thank God..Sony leaves to your cell phone .The cartoons are genius required to decipher.Combine that with a so called instruction manual printed in micro print ,,that will require your printerto re zoom many many times ,, waste paper then you find out--- its a Manufactures statement sheet ,, when you finally get it readable!!Sent back in over drive !! Some thing is up with Sony , once the best ,,now every device now sold is not asgood as the previous model, future models share same layouts,,better fixes ,but none of the genius way out offerings of past creativity . Don't buy Sony ,, still good ,, but definitely in a death spiral !Sony this model can be sold ,,,with a few touchups and a real manual,, no soft ware changes ,,in other wordsI will buy the protected marketing rights ,, can make changes ,, Sony can not ,,will not alter any software, hardware changes , for any reason(s) ,,will not compete against us, for 18 months. This is my husband second one. He loves it because it 100% does as promised but was disappointed his 1st fried during a rain.

I received a dead product. It didn’t switch on and didn’t get charged…so I had escalated the issue and sent to the service centre for replacement… but they said that it cannot be fixed and advised me to request for refund. I did so and got my refund…

Good choice if you only want to listen songs but you'll get terrible experience when you will use this in call as opponent will only hear background noise nothing else so not useful for calling.

when compared to the sony wc400 the battery is about half as good. Audio is significantly better.
