2010 debut album from the Brooklyn-based/Denmark-born Rock band. Fresh off their first UK tour with Iglu & Hartly, and a warm reception at this year's SXSW Festival, New Politics are gearing up to debut material off their upcoming summer release on their first ever US tour. Their first single 'Yeah Yeah Yeah', already proving to be a live phenomenon, recently impacted rock radio this spring with #1 Most Added recognitions at both Modern Rock & Rock Radio in it's first week out.

Amazing
We first saw these guys in concert with Thirty Seconds to Mars. We enjoyed them even more than the headliners. It was a Halloween show, and they were all dressed up. David was in an Alice in Wonderland costume. They were incredibly energetic, fun, and wildly entertaining. Afterward, we got our picture with David, who was incredibly kind. He took time to talk with everyone.All this to say, I would have loved their music without seeing them or speaking with them. New Politics have an amazing sound that's addictive. It's rich, edgy, and carefully crafted. You can tell that a lot of heart goes into each song.

Good album, but a lot of repeat songs from A Bad Girl in Harlem
I saw New Politics in Denver a few months ago (opened for Fall Out Boy), and loved their energy and sound. Am not disappointed in their albums - I own both - but several songs are repeated on both albums. Other than that, though, these guys are great for my commute. Very upbeat tunes that make the time fly!

New Favorite Album
Every time I've needed to push myself into motivation, I've used this album recently. I'm currently basing my next painting's brushwork off the rhythm.Unfortunately there's only 10 songs, and that's all the New Politics songs released thus far.I am quite excited about their new album coming out soon, to fix this problem.

I went to a concert early in the summer to see this band and it was a lot of fun. I bought the album online and burned it to a disc to listen to in the car. It made for a nice road trip.

How did I miss this?
These guys are truly amazing. The energy is infectious. I saw them recently without ever hearing them before and I instantly downloaded this album when I got home. It is a great album to dance to anywhere!

Pretty Good
This CD has a few good songs on it, although it is their older album. If you like New Politics it is pretty good.

I think this is one of the best alt-rock albums in a while, it sticks true to the genre while keeping a unique sound and tone

Ich liebe diese CD!
Endlosschleife! Ich kann einfach nicht aufhören, New Politics zu hören. Das ältere Album steht dem neueren Werk in keinster Weise nach. Sobald die nächste Platte von den Jungs herauskommt, werde ich sie mir schnappen ;-)
