Does not work well
After using on my Bichon a few times I can say does not make a difference in softness of the coat or ease of detangling. It’s like putting a watering substance on her coat. Have to use a large amount and no results. Only gave it 2 stars because it’s unscented which I like.

I purchased this product for my Shih Tzu, who makes knots in her fur constantly! She has complicated skin allergies that have resulted in numerous medications and remedies. This conditioner doesn't harm her skin at all which is a huge plus for me. It works great to soften her hair so that I can untangle the knots. The only problem I have found is that it takes a lot of product to completely condition all of her fur. In other words, a little DOES NOT go a long way. I will buy again and recommend this to anyone for pets with allergies.

A specialty supply I want to keep handy.
It never bothered my allergic dog. I also use it on sea-shells which I display in the open. I think it's a good anti-static surface treatment, that lasts a couple years and doesn't attract dust. Doesn't add gloss or color depth, as glycerine or oily liquids would. Almost can't see any change.

Better than expected.
Better than expected. My wife was worried that the dogs wouldn't come out soft because of the "easy rinse formula". She said it seemed like they just diluted the conditioner with water. But it worked great. We will continue using this.

This product works well on my wheaten terrier. I am allergic to fragrances and this product does not have a smell. I have used many products over the last six years and I continue to return to this product. I do not use the shampoo it tangled my pups hair. I only use the conditioner.

Best conditioner ever
I bought this conditioner and it is perfect. My dog's fur feels nice and cuddly. It didn't irritate her skin which made brushing a lot easier. Other conditioners made her fur feel greasy and irritated her skin. I won't ever switch to another conditioner.

Check the ingredients and make sure it will work for ur puppy. It worked for mine and he's allergic to damn near everything even oatmeal. Leaves his coat nice and shiny too.

Shiny soft and clean
Love how soft this keeps my babies hair. We were only using shampoo and not the conditioner and its made all the difference her coat get so shiny
