FilaMuscle Massage Foam Roller, 18"

If you are fortunate to have a job at the end of a long workday your body and back can hurt and feel tense. This roller is helpful in loosening up tense areas a little. It is definitely easier if someone can help roll it on you but it is not impossible to roll against a wall or a clean floor to massage yourself. My exercise manual was NOT included in with my order.

Unlike the the majority of foam rollers which are 12" (too short) or 36" (too long) this is nicely sized @ 18". Unlike the very hard foam roller we have at the gym, which seems to be the best for someone with a lot of muscle mass, or using on your hams / glutes, this seems to work nice for a thinner individual. I use it to roll the upper / mid back, and the diameter seems right.

Would have liked this better if the firmness was medium as listed in the Amazon description. Not what I expected or wanted.

Does what its intended to do! I use it for foam rolling daily. Its nice and firm and the surface is all intact.

Nothing wrong with the rolling foam, it is actually quite nice, firm but nit too firm and the right size.However i'm giving it 3 starts due to the shipping time. It took over a week to be delivered even though it was a prime item and supposed to arrive within 3 days.Besides he delivery time it's a great product!

This is the best for getting out knots and for easing sciatica pain. Not too soft, not too hard.

This is the perfect size! and love that it's not the hard as a brick Styrofoam but has a softer surface. Had one like this and got this one for a gift. Met all my expectations!

Great! Not to firm but just right. I have been using the foam roller and its still in great shape.
