Walt Disney: A Biography (Greenwood Biographies) 0th Edition

I bought this book for my son's 12th birthday, and ended up reading it myself. I already knew a few tidbits about Walt Disney's life, but this filled in a lot of the gaps for me. What a fascinating life he led! A must-read for the Disney nut in your life.

I gave it as a gift to my husband. He is enjoying the book, but he has found numerous proofreading and grammar errors.

It's th sixth biography of Disney I read, this one stands in my Top 3, along with Neal Gabler's. It keeps the essentials of Disney's life. A reference.

My son asked for this for a book report on "a biography or autobiography". We claimed it for a coffee table book when he was done. It's a lovely book, very nicely made with tons of interesting bits.

I chose these ratings because it was an alright book. I liked that it gave detail. I would recommend this book to people who would like to know the history behind Disneyland.

Good basic biography, seems to leave out a lot of the controversy and the later years seem to be greatly compressed.Worth reading and enjoyable.

I bought this for my daughter who is in college. It is exactly what I was looking for. I think she will love it.

INteressante per una lettura leggera, anche se poco approfondito (non parla praticamente del fratello, Roy Disney, che ha gestito l'azienda dall'inizio fino a dopo la morte di walt)

Wau was für eine Geschichte .Er hat seinen Traum ferwirklicht,er ist ein beispiel dafür das man nie aufhören soll an sich zu glauben und seine Gott gegebennen Talente ausnutzen soll um freude in die Welt zu bringen.Wie dumm sein frücherrer Scheff war ihn als Talendlos zu beschimpfen.Aber wie gesagt geht eine Tühr zu ,öffnet sich eine fiel gigantischere Tür und bringt dich zum Ziel.Nach Michael Jackson ist er einer meiner Forbilder.Sehr empfehlenswert.Zula
