This is the only item you really need in your medicine cabinet! This product covers everything! The fact that it relieves fatigue in addition to your back pain, etc. is why I buy this product. A comedian once said: "...women have best drugs...they call it "Midol" - they don't want to share this drug with us men so they sell it as a "menstrual" product; and they have been successful in keeping it to themselves since no real man is going to take a "Midol" product! Trust me guys, that's some good stuff!"FYI - I only had to give it to my hubby once to sell him on it - however, I always have to hand it to him with the "Midol" logo side down! :)

It's nice having a three-pack of Midol around. One stays in my bathroom and one in my purse (with one to spare). Midol works great for me as a perfect blend of acetaminophen, caffeine and a diuretic to reduce bloating, ease cramping, and keep me going when I don't even want to get up out of bed. It works quickly, usually in less than a half an hour. I have been taking Midol since I was 13 for PMS and menstrual symptoms. I get irritating lower back pain and Midol helps to relieve that pain. It really helped when I was adjusting to my IUD too. (My husband has also been known to use a dose when he needs quick relief from a headache.)

Midol Complete gives me the best cramp & bloating relief. I've tried many different products & this is the best.

This product is either a hit or miss. For me, I've had both hit and miss. Once, it was the best thing in the world, but this time it almost sent me to the hospital. I woke up and was having awful cramps so I took a Midol. It made me so nauseous and sick, but I think I figured out how this product works. I don't know if any of you have seen the movie Major Payne, but the opening scene is a war scene. A soldier is on the ground, shot in the shoulder and he is begging and screaming for help. Major Payne goes over says he can make it better. He takes the soldier's finger and breaks it off his hand. Now, he is no longer focusing on the pain in his soldier, but the pain in his hand. This is what Midol does. By elevating your heart rate so much with all the caffeine, making you almost pass out, and making you insanely nauseous, you are no longer focusing on your cramps, but on the fact that you might need to go to the ER.

Yeah it got rid of my cramps but it also made me throw up for 3 days straight, so you know, choose your battles wisely. It’s been great for helping me get over my fear of throwing up though seeing as i’ve been forced to about 3 times an hour

This product did a good job with relieving my bloating (5/5) and an okay job of relieving my pain (2/5). It relieved my cramps for about 2 hours. The pain supressing effects were short-lived. The active ingredient (acetaminophin) for pain in this medication has never been effective for me. I only tried this product because my husband bought it when I ran out of generic Ibuprofen. I would not be able to complete my daily activites with taking this in normal dosages for pain relief during my period. Earlier today, I bought a pain medication with extended relief and the active ingredient is Naproxen, which has worked well for the last 6 hours.

I have been going to the doctor for months now trying to figure out my headaches. They come around and during my period and WONT go away for anything, until I tried midol complete. I think it is the combination of pain reliever and caffeine, but it takes away my headaches from pms immediately!! Nothing else works like it!
