Taste great

Taste great I can drink with plain water. I just put it in the blender for about 10 seconds. I’ve tried quite a few diff Keto supplements. This is one and kiss my Keto birthday cake are the best I’ve tried. I Tried Keto dna brand that stuff was so gross.

Kicked me out of ketosis

This product taste great and gave me a lot of energy but, it knocked me out of ketosis. :-[ I mixed it with 8oz of water but not sure if that's suppose to happen with a keto product.
