Excellent customer care and good product
The bars are sturdy and of good quality. The bars are not too heavy , so better suitable for beginners/home purposes.Hand grip , skipping rope and fixators are also of good quality. The weight disc bars are plastic, serve their purpoSe well, but take care not to drop it on floor.Excellent customer care, which is so rare with such items.

Waste of money do not buy
Product is damaged and defective . There are cracks in the weight out of which sand is leaking. One of the bicep rods has a broken handle making it useless. Please do not buy.
