First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance AHA Intensive Peel: Fast Acting Face Peel with Salicylic Acid to Improve Skin's Texture and Clarity (2 oz)

So first off I was surprised this had such a low rating because it’s a good face peel. My only real complaint is that I would have like to seen 3oz instead of 2oz of product. That being said you need a very small amount for this to work. Iv been using this brand for two years now and if you are new to face peels specifically this one you should only put a thin layer on and leave it on for a minute. I have sensitive skin and are able to leave it on for three minutes but again if your new only a minute will do. So after I remove it I wipe again with a cold rag that helps. Your face is probably going to turn red and sting for about 20 mins so don’t be alarmed. After an hour of my skin calming down I’ll hydrate with a face location. For me it dose just as well as legit chemical peels. I only have small problematic areas on my face so if you have actually acne deff do some research in the reviews of other sites bc they are their if you need them. I think when they rebranded this peel it got rid of all the old reviews but if I remember they were generally on the positive side.

I bought this because I really liked the older version in the jar - that one really tingled and made my skin smooth, a real peel. This one, eh. It’s just not as strong. I can leave it one >5 min and it gives a light tingle but not the power (ok, the pain!) of the old one. I do think it still is working as a peel and I like the tube better than the jar (easier to apply without a messy handful of goo - just one finger to apply from the tube). I just hate when a product gets reformulated.

I absolutely love this mask! My face tingles in a good way, and I did work myself up over two weeks to three minutes. My face is SUPER sensitive, and so many other products have made me break out. First Aid Beauty products are the only ones who are sensitive enough for me. I am a customer for life!

I cannot use physical exfoliants like scrubs because they make me breakout in cysts almost immediately, but this is a smooth cream you leave on your face for a minute or two and it gets all the gunk and build up off. great for sensitive skin. I always glow for days after I use it. Love it love it love it

As someone who does remember this product when it was in a jar , it definitely seems like it’s had a reduction in strength. Despite this however still a decent product if you want smoother skin and something to help with acne scaring or wrinkles . If you’ve never used a product like this you may experience a slight tingle to a harsh burn , depending on skin tolerance , rinse with COLD water .

The cream goes on smoothly and does not have a strong smell. After about a minute, there is a tingling sensation. My skin felt a little irritated for the first few minutes after I rinsed it off. I applied a cetaphil moisturizer after and it eased the irritation. My skin is not as broken out as before. I use it 3x per week.

The size of the product is completely disappointing for the price. Also it says for the first time leave it on for less than a minute, unless you have very sensitive skin I say do not follow this advice. Do it for at least 2 minutes, but really until you feel some the “tingly” feeling. Used it multiple times and haven’t seen a real difference or improvement. Got this because it was top rated on multiple sites but I’m not in love

I did not feel any tingling or burning. I left it on longer than suggested the second time and still nothing. I only used it twice, so will still give it a chance. I did not really notice a difference.

Hard coming out of tube, does not spread, does not do anything, wiped it off with a baby wipe as was not doing and did not do anything, what a complete waste of good money!
