The cord I received is faulty
Nothing wrong with the shipping. Company probably very reputable. I just opened my package after my previous power cord no longer worked only to find that my new power cord is faulty as well. Considering that this was supposed to be a new unused power cord I'm a bit shocked to see that my purchase is useless.Hoping this can be easily resolved with a simple exchange

My sister accidently clipped the cord on my scanner. The manufacturer wanted ~$80 for a replacement. This worked perfectly and the price was right!
