These pumpkin seeds make an excellent, wholesome snack and can be used in baking, on breakfast cereal, or just on their own as a quick bite. Ten minutes in a hot oven makes them crunchier and tastier, in my opinion. Spread them out thinly on a baking tray and toast for about ten minutes or so in a hot oven, or to taste. They will make a popping sound but won't make a mess.Full of protein and unsaturated fats, including omega-6 fatty acids.
