Service and delivery was good. We are uncertain as to quality having two different experiences.
We ordered two of the same chair. 1 is great the other just collapses after sitting in it for a shirt while and is clearly faulty. We are both small in build. We had already discarded the packaging as it appeared fine upon assembly. We will have to order another unfortunately and hope this is a one off.

Comfy when I finally assembled
Not happy as this product arrived with the holes in the wrong place so I’ve had to makes new holes in the material to be able to assemble. Also arrived with a big scratch on the metal.Worse thing I’ve ever brought. As well as what’s mentioned the thing collaypses after sitting in it for a short period of time. Complete rubbish...... bruises galore and embarrassing

This chair is amazing
This chair is amazing , I’m waiting to have a double knee replacement and have started having trouble with my back . This chair is the only time I can get comfortable and feel pain free , on a few occasions when I can’t sleep with pain I’ve got up and sat in the garden in this chair . I just can’t rate how comfortable this chair is I would give it 10 stars if I could . Very happy customer

Nice rocker, very comfy, was easy to assemble and great for reading and relaxing in the garden, can fold lengthways so easy to store
