This outdoors hat fits nicely on my head, I usually wear size L to XL hats. It's comfortable and provides good sun protection. The hat had a weird chemical smell out of the box and there was still some smell left after I washed it. Other than the smell, this hat is very nice. There is a draw string that helps keep the hat on my head when there are strong gusts of wind. This hat was perfect for fishing.

I liked the hat and it is a great value but it was too small for my huge head. I knew that the issue of fit was a possibility for me before I bought it but I took a chance on it anyway. I did have to return it. If you don't have an abnormally huge head that this hat should work great.

I wasn't sure I liked this hat at first because the sides are not as wide as the front and back...after wearing it many times this Summer, I can say it's a great hat. It's been washed and still looks brand new. I'm glad I bought it.

Fits fine. I was wondering how it would fit before I got it because it had no listing for hat size. I guess it is one size fits all. has a nice wide brim to keep the sun off the neck.

I needed a good hat because I have fair skin and get sun poisoning. Have worn this hat in the ocean, in the lake, and just plain outside. The brim is wide enough for good coverage and has stood up to various dunkings. It has a few water lines on it now, but they may disappear with washing. The toggle has kept it comfortably in place. Excellent hat.

Outdoor research is awsome . Best hats this is . I have some skin cancer on my head . Do not order from backcountry though .

Walking the Camino de Santiago next March and April. Expect a lot of rain. We'll see how the hat does--but it fits just fine and I like the way it looks.

This hat was a gift for my husband. It fits as expected and is light weight material. It will be a great hat to protect from the sun!
