Comes pre-strung. Good quality and value for the money. I’d order again. These would not be weather proof but if used indoors could be used again.

Was perfect absolutely so cute to get 3 banners was such a great deal !! Very strong material same size as a normal banner would be just cut in half your able to spread the letters out witch is nice to would of just liked to be able to add a number maybe for future if their was a blank canvas that came with stickers so we could add it on if we wanted that would have been awesome still great deal either way
