Lemon - Buy the 13kw Instead
I had wanted the 13kw, but none were available when I bought this model 5 months ago. And yes. Only 5 months of use from this model.

... problem with this unit is the amount of water wasted to get it hot
My biggest problem with this unit is the amount of water wasted to get it hot. Mine is mounted close to all usage points and still takes a lot of time to get it hot. Once hot it stays hot. They are up front about the electrical requirements, but make sure your panel is big enough for the extra amps, and have a pro do the wiring. This unit is big enough for me and overall I like it.
