Now I find out
After years of difficulty with the original remote and inability to get a replacement from the manufacturer or the installer, I thought to look on line and took a chance that it would work. Works great, less than $20, only drawback is it only able to set temp in Celsius.

No instructions & did not pair with AC
There were no instructions included on how to pair with my AC unit or how to use this remote. It says in description during purchase that there is no need to pair, just add batteries. The remote turned on but will not connect to my AC. Also, so many buttons with no idea what they do...

Service après vente inexistant on ce cache derrière le 30jours de garantie
Recue défectueuse essayé plusieurs combination de batterie neuves et rien à faire faut inclinée la manette à extrême pour être en mesure de voir de quoi, contacter le vendeur quelque jours plus tard la fin de la "dite garantie" et on dit qu'on peut rien faire pour... conclusion acheté en une "use" comme ça si elle arrive defect vous serait pas surpris !!
